While it is nice and dandy to report a killer among us, a photo certainly would increase the chances of capturing this murderer a hundred fold. Certainly a problem with Police and Media who report a criminal but have no photos in which to go on. I went to the FBI most wanted and posted the info and photos for Now Public Readers. You would think anyone serious in capturing this individual would have done the same. If this murderer is in Canada, let’s hope a plea of “Can I stay here” will be forthcoming, followed by I didn’t do it, I tells ya, I was framed!

Killer hiding in Canada:FBI

An accused killer on the run from California police may have fled to Canada hidden in the back of a truck, the FBI says. Amandeep Singh Dhami, 24, is believed to be hiding with friends or relatives in Sikh communities in the Toronto-area or in B.C.
U.S. police said Dhami may have been smuggled across the border in a semi-trailer truck with cargo and is using Canada as a base to make plans to flee to India, where his family has connections. Dhami and his friend, Gurpreet Singh Gosal, 24, allegedly entered the grounds of the Sacramento Sikh Society last Aug. 31 and fired several shots as a cricket tournament was in progress, police said. Parmjit Singh, 26, was shot multiple times, and pronounced dead at the scene.
A bystander was also injured in the shooting. Dhami, who is facing charges of murder and attempted murder, is profiled on a “Wanted by the FBI” website that warns he “should be considered armed and dangerous.” Tattooed on his arms are the words “loyalty,” “Soorma,” “Punjabi” and the number “916,” the FBI said.

The one victim died at the scene, while the second victim was critically wounded. The shooting apparently stemmed from a feud. A local arrest warrant was issued on September 2, 2008, and Dhami was charged with homicide. A federal arrest warrant charging Dhami with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued on September 3, 2008.
