Victims of Columbia plane crash being treated

at the Joseph M. Still Burn Center

Augusta, GA, Sept. 20, 2008 – Two victims of a plane crash that occurred last night in Columbia, SC are being treated in the Joseph M. Still Burn Center. Both are listed in critical, but stable condition.

A press conference will be held Sun., Sept. 21 at 9 a.m. outside the Medical Office Building 1 at Doctors Hospital, 3651 Wheeler Road, Augusta, GA.

Celebrating its 30th year anniversary in 2008, the Joseph M. Still Burn Center at Doctors Hospital is a 59-bed burn unit that admits over 2,000 patients annually from throughout the Southeast, and seven percent of the nation’s burn patients.
