Usain Bolts to a World Record in 200 m Dash 19.31 for Jamaica.
Politisite has an unconfirmed report that Usain was called his Mom, ate a Snickers , and took a power nap during the middle of the Race.
BEIJING, Aug. 20 Usain Bolt of Jamaica won the Olympic gold medal Wednesday in the 200-meter dash.
He broke Michael Johnson‘s world record by running a 19.30 and became the first man to win both the Olympic 100 and 200 since Carl Lewis did so in 1984.
Churandy Martina of Netherlands Antilles won the silver, the second medal ever for that country. The bronze went to Shawn Crawford of the United States.

9:56 update: Veronica Campbell-Brown of Jamaica (22.19) won the frst semifinal in the women’s 200, with countrywoman Kerron Stewart second, the USA’s Muna Lee third and Debbie Ferguson-McKenzie of Bahamas fourth. Allyson Felix is up next.
