Why did Gibbs join the Twitterverse?
“I was watching a Twitter feed while the president visited the briefing room last week, and I thought it was fascinating to watch and see what people were thinking, doing and writing,” Mr. Gibbs wrote in an e-mail message on Saturday evening. “I figured adding our voice to that was good to do.”
